Our Client Care Plans are regular service maintenance plans to keep your home automation system performing at optimal level. If you’ve ever purchased a system from us at Hot Wired Audio Video, Inc., you automatically qualify for Manufacturer’s Warranties (1-2 years) and a 1-Year System Labor Warranty. Our support line and email are also always available when needed. We simply find our clients like the added benefits and cost savings we’ve included in our CCPs to take our service one step further. STANDARD

Our Standard plan is the most affordable and often advised for smaller systems. If any service calls are needed outside of warranties, you’ll notice the cost savings in labor fees and trip charges right away. The standard plan features diagnostic remote management monitoring, as well as one equipment check-up session per year to keep things running smoothly.

PREMIUM

For clients looking for value-packed proactive maintenance, the Premium plan is the right fit, as it builds upon the Standard plan. Our technicians will be hands-on with your system twice a year with two scheduled equipment check-ups and even deeper hourly labor rate discounts. Enjoy the rest of the benefits the plan offers to have peace of mind that if a problem arises, it will most likely be fixed before you notice, or if critical, it won’t break the bank to remedy.

ELITE

Our Elite Plan is the most comprehensive and perfect for peace of mind. It’s packed with 4 hands-on equipment check-ups for flexibility. We recommend scheduling two or three sessions for regular maintenance and possibly using one for a pre-event session before parties, holidays and other gatherings. We believe the Elite plan offers your investment the most value of any home automation service plan in the area.
